What the poor dear likes. OR if you can make some delicious cold soup---cucumber and tomato is easy and delicious, along with a green salad with some green pepper in it, fresh squeezed orange juice, and grilled cheese sandwiches, this will help him/her.

If you have a sick little one, take it easy on yourself. Just make something simple and that involves little clean up. You just need to take care of the baby.

Some of my sicky favorites: crackers and butter, toast and tea, any kind of brothy soup, grilled cheese, and I used to like ginger ale. Good luck and I hope the kid feels better soon.
