no, you just need itunes, make sure your nano is formatted to windows.

No. However, for easy sakes, the iPod manuals often refer to links and such on a Mac, since the iPods were made by the Mac company. Sometimes I wonder if it's easier to have a mac since alot of the instructions use Mac terms, not PC terms.

no..i have a PC and an ipod..all you have to do is go to www.apple.com and download itunes for free..but make sure you check off the box that says for the Window XP version!..and then from there...you'll get instructions..and make sure that when it asks you to save or run the application...select save..and save it to your desktop for easier access..b/c once it is done downloading..you'll have to click on the desktop Itunes icon and finsh the whole process!!

No, i have tried this many circumstances, yet its not a chance until eventually in case you burn the songs on a cd and then import the songs on the cd on itunes or you should use a usb thng to positioned the songs on that when which import it

download itunes ver.7 for windows xp if you have the 2nd generation nano (aluminum housing)

no all u need to do is get hte cd it game with the nano and install it on ur computer and then upload ur songs to itunes then to ur nano
