ok here it is.......biannual means twice in a year .....
biennial means occuring every second year...... hope it is clear now....... so d word u r searching for has to be" BIENNIAL"

Biannual means occuring twice in a year. Biennial means occuring every two years OR lasting for two years.

Biannual means either once every two years or twice a year. That's why the term doesn't get used so often. If you want to say once in two years, try saying, "once every other year" or "once each alternate year."
