It sounds good, though the chord progression gets a bit repetative and a little depressing. Maybe chuck a few more major chords in there or put it in a different key?
Even adding some more depth to it by adding a drum beat behind it, and a brass solo or even saxophone melody over the top would sound good.

With all due respect...you need to learn to tune your guitar. Buy a pitch pipe, electronic tuner or tuning fork ASAP. I bet your neighbors will rejoice.
