I have been cheating on my husband with a younger and better looking man for 4 months now. i am thinking of throwing my husband and 2 kids out of the house . i know that i willget the house because i am a woman .what would be the best way to get them out of the house so it will be all mine .

I hope you are kidding.
If not, you will regret the day you chose a man over your kids, big time.
My mother chose a man over her kids and we don't have a relationship with her anymore. She has tried since that man left her and after 16 years we still won't give her the time or day.
Your children are you, you gave them life, they are your blood, they are forever. Men come and go. They are disposable, or so you think so.
I feel sorry for your kids.
Another point I should make is that you will not get the house if he has the kids. The judge will reward the house to the person whom is keeping the children.
Now think about this before you do it.

I think that a matrimonial house goes half and half in divorce cases. If the kids are young he might get custody, I have the feeling you don't want them, so he might get the house as a primary care giver of the children and in family court they do not like to disrupt what is called the status Que of standard of living for minors. as in, Your children's comfort and security comes first. Also he may have a better case against you on the grounds of adultery. So things may not exactly go your way. Consult a divorce lawyer and do it by the book, it's better that way for everyone involved, make absolutely certain that this is what you really want and not just a passing fancy.

Princess, you will not get the house automatically. If your husband is taking care of the children, he will get the house. Do your family a favor and move out before you give your husband an STD and before your kids find out that their mother doesn't love them. I'm sure Mr. Younger And Better Looking will take you in. Oh, and one last thing, please do not have any more children.

You are a skank!!! If you weren't happy in your relationship you should have got out first. Cheating is never right. I hope your husband finds out and kicks your nasty *** out. I know of instances where the man gets house and kids. All he had to do was prove the womans infidelity. I have no respect for people who cheat on their partners in life, if your not happy leave!!!
