it mean's that they have a limited vocabulary and you should run the other way. people pick up on these jackwad saying's I guess cause they are bored and are easily amused.some nitwit starts it and people follow cause they think it's hip....or cool....whatever.....another example is word.....or even more ridicolous ....word up?
