I've read about this a few places online. A couple of the websites seem true, but most are just stupid. But do you really think that it can?

Yes.

I think that an iridologist can see indications of accumulated toxins when reading darkened areas of the iris.

I've used colon cleansing products and I have never had lighter eye color.
