Ai is more of an independent player, and melo is NBA's leading scorer. I think AI and melo will have conflicts with each other. What do you guys think?

Of course, with the nuggets style of play, there will be enough shots to go around. And if you have seen AI in an all-star game, he loves to dish and get assists, its just that he's never had anyone to do that with in Philly. I think they will be good enough to make the Western Conference Finals, but will get knocked off by the Suns who are playing ridiculously good right now.

I really don't see how this can work with AI and Melo together unless AI moves to point, takes less shots and learns to dish more! If that could happen then with Smith and Camby around him with Melo I really don't see how anyone can stop them on the Offensive end! But you do need to play "D" and AI is going to have a hard time stopping the bigger guards in the West! I cannot wait to watch it but the Spurs,Mavs,Suns and Jazz will still have the edge!

I agree you have two guys who want to shoot. Neither is an assist guy. I don't see it working. With the loss of Miller (traded to the 76ers), the Nuggets do not have a top notch assist guy.

The real question: Does this make the Nuggets competitive with the Spurs, Suns and Mavericks? I do not think so.

yea b/c they can create for eachother and the teammates plus if carmelo is double team he can pass it out to iverson or if ai is double team he can pass it out to carmelo and that can create good ball movement but still they on the same team they wont beat mavs or spurs in the playoffs

Yeah, eventually.

I just wish A.I. would have gone to the T-Wolves. Him and K.G. would have lit it up.
