Whenever I try to transfer his library that is already on the IPOD to our computer it tells me that the computer isn't authorized. I've authorized my computer like 4 times and it still won't let me transfer the songs. I don't just want to delete them it's like 135 songs and he wants to put some of the songs on his MP3 player. Please help me.

You need a special software to transfer the songs from your iPod to your computer. Unfortunately, I don't know any, but I know they exist so try googling.

Good Luck.

You can not place songs from you iPod to you iTunes library or

MyComputer. then open the iPod and right click and at the top

Tools > Folder Options > Veiw Tab > Show Hidden Folders

Then click iPod Control > Music then it shows you like alot of

folders , you music is in there. Just names different. Thats the

Hook up your ipod to your computer with your USB and go to MY COMPUTER there instead of Removable Drive (:F) it should say something about the iPod double click it to open all your songs should come up. There you can copy and paste all your songs to a different folder that you will remember.. After you do this unplug your iPod and plug in your MP3 there you can go back to that file right click SENF TO> then removable file... HOPE THIS HELPS!!

Apple intentionally makes it difficult to rip music from your ipod to your computer, and there is no way to do it through itunes. You have to download special software such as Ephpod.
