I doubt there's a "right" age. People hit puberty at different times. It just means you're growing up. You're not a little boy anymore. And it's not a bad thing, don't worry. :)

It, quite simply, means you are normal and that you are "growing up". As the for the "right age to dream about the oppisite sex", it starts at differnt times for everybdoy. Me, I was about 11 when it all started.
