What is the best site to sell short stories to?

I'm looking for a non-scam website where a good piece of short fiction could be sold to individual readers, and the royalties, on a per-purchace basis, is divided fairly between myself and the site.

I've never tried it, but I've seen Amazon Shorts feature. You may want to check that out.

And there is Lulu.com - you can distribute short stories through them as well. If it remains PDF online, I think you get all the profit. I'm not sure, though. But it's worth checking out.
