Anti-feminist!!!!

I despise it when ineffectual women with big mouths and attitude inversely proportional to their capabilities use their gender as an excuse to mouth off.

Half of them don't even realise that when those brave women in the past campaigned for equal rights, they wouldn't have gone too far without the men that appreciated them and helped them.

I want NOTHING to do with 'girl-power' or 'all men are pigs' or lazy cows, sitting on their backsides whilst saying that 'women can do two things at once'.

I wonder whether contemporary feminism is a veil for women who prefer the company of other women or simply those too bitter with the world, looking for a convenient outlet.

Both, I am an old fashioned feminist in that I believe it was a good thing that we fought for equal rights. I am really proud of all my foremothers and my woman heritage. BUT I think feminists today are taking it TOO FAR. 75 cents for every dollar? Come on! WE get maternity leave and they don't.

I go back and forth on this. Some times I am a feminist beliving that men are the dumbest things on this earth and that women could run the world a lot better. Then there are times that I realize that we each are given specail and different gifts and if we continue to cross the lines then it all gets very muddeled and no one is using the gifts god gave them in a proper matter. Today I don't have an opinion.

If believing that women should have equal rights as men makes me a feminist, then I'm definitely a feminist.

I don't think I'm really either. I just think that is' unfair for anyone to be discriminated against becuase of something they can't help, like their gender or skin color. Even matters of sexual preferences or Religious or political preferences. No one should be discriminated agains. I think that sometimes feminists go to far in the wrong direction and that's bad. But yes, I do stand up for my gender when the need arises.

I'm anti. Because the traditional family is starting to die out and women are getting jobs because of politics rather that them being able to do the same jobs effectively as men.

Anti, why, because I believe women have taken over too many things and why the men are no longer men.

Feminist - because the REAL meaning of feminism is/was equality between men and women.
Simple.
I don't know why it has to be given such a bad rap.
