Not sure what your question is but hope this helps. If you are asking about the "Christmas Song" (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire)" it was written in 1944 by Mel Tormé and Bob Wells. Nat King Cole originally recorded the song several times. Mel Torme would eventually record his own version in 1965 Others recorded the song as well.

If you mean "everybody knows it's Christmas", then that's another song.
But "Everybody knows" is by Leonard Cohen and it's not Xmas related.
