Yesterday i disconnected Pc's monitor and connected it to my laptop and when connected it back to the Pc all i got was Check Signal Cable. At this time my Pc booted without beeps(So that is normal) so i thought the problem might be that my video card got loose, I opened the case just now and took the video card out and reseated it along with my RAM just incase they might have gotten loose. Tried to reboot and i got around 10 loud beeps(around like 2 beeps a second). My mother board has a green LED light on so i guess the motherboard is fine, CPU fan is running, PSU fan is running. Video card and RAM are seated in fine.

I will choose a best awnser for sure!
THANKS!

I kept one hand on the computer's case the whole time while handling the Video card and ram sticks to avoid static shocks.

I would try reseating the memory again. and the video card. It could be that you put the memory into the wrong slot, or even though it looks like it's in there correctly, it may not be.

Note the number of beeps.

Then go to your motherboards manufacturer website and download the manual. there are "Beep Error Codes" listed which will decipher what exactly that sequence of beeps means.
