ink stain is a mineral stain, these are compounds of a metal & dye. therefore acidic reagents should be used first to act on the metal, followed by dilute alkaline solutions to neutralize the acid reagent & to remove the dye. thus water, soap, cut tomata, lime, sour milk, starch, paste, oxalic acid, borax solution or methyl alcohol can be used. this will surely help.

Hairspray. Spray it on the ink and launder as usual. Make sure you look to see if the stain is out before you dry it - if not, repeat as needed. If you dry the clothing before the stain is gone, it'll be there forever.

Alcohol works. If you don't have plain rubbing alcohol, hair spray or nail-polish remover can work as well, as they have high alcohol content.
If you put the clothing in the dryer before the stain is out, it may be there permanently.

I have found that Zout is an awesome product to use on stains on clothing. Make sure you don't dry the item before all the stain is out though!

Hair spray does the trick - I would not use nail polish remover as it may damage the material

I know this sounds weird, but spray the heck out of it with hair spray. Than wash it with some oxyclean in the water.
