well it is nice that you are intrested to pursue higher study.
for mtech you need to clear GATE exam passing it will require 75 percentile
about syllabus you will be having main subjects of engg. you can get syllabus from prospectus
prefer iits and nit in south if you get 97 and above percentile some govt colleges are also good you can get bits pilani easily if u score more than 92 it will depend on score so first score then ask me what to choose on Y!m prem_rg

Oh expensive. Do human beings actual spend that a lot for a level at ITT Tech? not some thing you're taking there'll move to different faculties, and employers seem down upon those with tiers from faculties like that. $40k is waaay too a lot for a 2-3 hundred and sixty 5 days degree. you'll get a 4-3 hundred and sixty 5 days degree from any respected and permitted public college for decrease than that!
