I really hope not - she seems to have waited for her perfect man and it would be such a shame if they were to split up to early on in the marriage

A lot of fans thought this pair was really odd but - Supposedly they're pretty happy and Bullock stated in an interview that she wants to make love to him for the rest of her life. According to the Enquirer she's 2 months pregnant.

they are very much still married and she is now way in the world pregnant as there is no where i cant find it any where saying she is pregnant

Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock has laughed off media reports she is pregnant with her first child. The National Enquirer and British newspaper The Sun claim the star is two months pregnant with husband Jesse James' baby.
But the couple say, "We are not with child, but we are pregnant with ideas." Bullock and James married in July 2005. The Monster Garage host has three children from his previous two marriages.

I've done a bit of Googling (I highly suggest that) and haven't found any evidence of a divorce. :)
