Motorola Razor Front Display?

I just bought a motorola V3m from sprint and the front display where the caller ID and stuff should be.. that screen.. all it shows is the sprint symbol. it never shows the clock or anything, does anyone know how to change this.

try restartin the phone or call sprint and they should help you either with a new phone or some master resteting tool
