I am moving to the area and would like to get familiar with the highways. I know I-85, but would like to know 385 if I ever need to use it.

Try triple A they can map them out for you

I-385 is only about 40 miles long, so it's not too large. You will eventually get used to it after some time. I would suggest going to AAA, and they will do a map for you with all the exits. They do personalized maps. Also try browsing on Yahoo or Google Maps.
