You can go to the hardware store and buy a "snake". It's a metal rod that you twist down the drain and it will pull whatever is blocking it back up. Good luck. If that doesn't work, call Roto-rooter. It's like $50.

Here are a couple of suggestions that I don't see below. 1) At the hardware or home improvement store, in the plumbing aisle, they sell a compressed air plunger that is like a large aerosol can that can use compressed gas to force and obstacle through. An example of a brand name is Kleer Drain Instant Drain Opener available at Home Depot.
2) What can't go down, can come up. Rent or borrow a wet/dry vacuum cleaner. Shut of the water to the toilet and construct a seal between the nozzle and the drain in the toilet bowl. Use whatever comes to mind, wet rags, a funnel, just something to seal it an suck out that apple. It went down and well come back up easier. I would try # 1 first. Good Luck.

The correct tool for the job is called a toilet auger. It is long enough to go completely through the toilet, and it will either "push" the obstruction down the sewer, or it will grab it and pull it back. It is a simple tool, that every home should have. Don't use just any type of "snake", as they are flexible, and will scratch the porcelain inside the bowl of the toilet. If this doesn't do the trick, there might be other issues that need to be addressed, by a local plumber. Good luck to you.

How old are you 9? Flushing an apple core? GEEZ!! Try plunging to see if it will come back up. Or try a coat hanger to extract it. Otherwise call a plumber cause if you thought it was OK to flush an apple core , you probably should not delve farther into plumbing repair. Best of luck. Hope you learned you lesson.

You need a plunger! A plunger is one of these:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plunger
You can buy them at any hardware store or department store. Wal-Mart, Kmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowes, ACE ... all sell them. You could also purchase a drain snake, and with that you basically put a long cord down the pipes, but it's messy and hard work ... trust me (I've done it before).
Here is a good article from eHow.com, about how to unclog a toilet: http://www.ehow.com/how_383_unclog-toilet.html
- Good luck with the unclogging process!

You can try pushing it with a plunger, but it may get caught further. You may need a pumber to take up your toilet or snake it. Next time if something falls in the toilet get some gloves on and fish it out.
Also stop eating in the bathroom it is not healthy there is too much bacteria in there.

I can't help you personally because I don't live anywhere near you - sorry
you'll have to plunge it and snake it if that doesn't work
the question is: Why in the world would you have put any size apple core down there?

Try using a hand plunger. If that doesn't work, go buy a kit that uses compressed air. If that doesn't work, call a plumber. Do not use chemicals in the toilet bowl. They tend to heat up, and could crack the bowl.

they make a special snake for toilets , but try a wire clothes hanger to try to push it on through or pull it back out with before spending $ on snake or plumber. if you make a habit of tring to flush odd things you might want to buy the snake!
