i dont think you can. once the blog has been marked private, only the person that posted it can read it.

You have to be a friend of the individual. First, send them a message to see if they will even let you add them (since they can refuse), then click add friend if they say it's okay so that you will get approval to look at their blog faster.

you have to be in the persons friends list, or invited to read them by the account owner
