I LOVE Christmas, always have, but it also makes me sad to think of those who are not here to share this special time of year with us. In 2004 we lost my father-in-law after a lengthy illness & last year we lost my brother-in-law to a brain tumor, so although this time of year is my favorite, it also makes me cry when my husband & I sit in the livingroom with all of the lights off except the tree lights & we listen to the wind blowing & listen to the Christmas carols & watch the snow swirling past the picture window behind the tree. I think of all of the ones who can't be here to enjoy it with us.....

All, I don't like this time of year. It makes me feel inadequate and reminds me of how much I lack in my life and self. But that's me. I'm sure someone has something better to say. Good Luck
