Try giving him the same treatment. Don't comment when he looks nice, but be sure to stare at good looking men. He will be upset, but maybe you could point out that you feel that way too.

You know the funny thing is, they would be just as annoyed if you did the same thing. It's not always easy for us to do that though. Try noticing a couple of cute guys and not responding to the 5 minutes of time he took to put his wardrobe together. I guess he would probably think twice.

That's the way he is. He was probably like that when you married him.he noticed you and is still married to you.
hold your head up and be what your are..the one he looks at everyday..
he does not compliment you because he probably has already has and thinks compliments about your everyday. may be he's a little insecure and compliment the other ladies for atention. I'm sure he does not want to loose you.

Try telling him how it makes you feel, for starters.
But, in his defense, most guys are visually stimulated to begin with. Now, that doesn't always mean sexual; I know that when I'm in a crowd, I am always scanning, because I'm just a people watcher in general...and movement catches my eye. If he's the more quiet type, that may be the case for him too.
Try giving him something to look at once in a while (that doesn't have to mean slutty, either...he married you, that means he has been attracted to you, at least in the past...use that). You'd probably be surprised at the reaction you'd get.

Start noticing other men especially young and the hot bods. Compliment them to your husband and cut up pictures of such hot bods and pin them up in your room. See if he gets irritated by this.

He just isn't a big compliment to you if he does it to other women HE DOES COMPLIMENT just explain to him how you feel and when he compliment you so night he can score big if you know what i mean

Do it right back to him. Don't give him one compliment but make sure you notice a hot sexy guy right in front of him. I bet he will get the picture eventually...
