Yes they are! Do you have a problem with that? Actually, RUDE does not even come close to it. I have been a professional truck driver for over 30 years and over 2 million miles, even the truckers are rude. Everybody is in a hurry, while talking on their cell phone, watching TV, or picking their nose. Everything but driving. I'm surprised there are not more fatalities on the road. Everybody, slow down, turn off the phones, and arrive alive. P.S. Quit blaming SUVs for everything. Did you ever stop to think the reason there are so many is because they are so practical. I drive a 99 GMC Yukon Denali, it is the best vehicle I have ever owned, and I have owned everything from a MGB to a Ford Van, plus several pick-up trucks. My SUV has taken me everywhere I have wanted to go. Both, off, and on road. I pay more for gas, but I have no problem with that, it's worth every cent. I work in Yosemite in the summer months, and I drive back roads to get there and home. Something I could not do in a regular car.

Today was not too bad. Yesterday was good as well. Although some guy in a van honked at me as he passed me. Not sure what that was about. I think he honked again as he passed the guy in front of me. I try not to look at the other drivers. I view their cars though. The thing that really bugs me is tailgating. I see a lot of it now days. If I were to slam on the brakes, I'm sure they'd eat my bumper.
