How do I make a user account based site.?

I am trying to make a website where users can have an account for a game. Only have basic html skills. Thanks!

You need to use a server side language, such as PHP. If you have no idea what this means, then you can't do it. Also, it is impossible create secure logins with HTML only. Basically, what you're looking for can't be done with HTML.
