The probability of life on Mars currently is very nearly zero. There is no water, no atmosphere, and very little to support living systems.

The robots sent on mars have searched the whole external surface but were not able to find any signs of life. But scientists believe that if life really exists on mars, it is at the microscopic level and that too, BELOW THE SURFACE

You have to understand that the atmosphere on Mars is really really harsh; it makes Antarctica seem like the Bahamas. If there is life on Mars, they would have to be extremeophiles.

we always consider water, air and lights are essential for a life to exist. But there is no sign of water in Mars and the same in case of Air

well, i read on Times that they found a trail of while deposit that wasn't there in 1999. They say that it is most likely left by water. "Where there is water, ofcourse, there is life." They said... So... maybe there is life there... but it might not have been the kinda life you are hopping for. Bacteria maybe, but i dun think living beings or anything like that...
