There are a few methods:
1. Tea bag (yes, regular tea) - used and room temperature. Place on eyes.
2. Cucumber slices or potato slices- place on eyes
3. Eye mask - the gel ones they sell with the spa supplies - chilled.
4. Splash eyes with cold water.
5. Drink a ton of water.
The cause of puffy eyes usually is lack of sleep, stress, improper diet, hereditary factors, or allergies.
Assuming you are taking a multivitamin and other supplements, are well rested, eating well (raw fruit/veg daily), and drinking plenty of water. If not, try that as well!
Best to you!

Preparation H is gross my friend. It's for your BUTTS, not FACES.
When you wake up in the morning put cold water on your eyes for about 20 seconds, it should relieve the puffiness and not make you look as tired.
Also try using under eye treatments like Advanced Eye Perfecter w/ avec peptides by Avon. It works great and you see results instantly.

Try "St. Ives: Cucumber & Elastin Eye & Face Stress Gel"
The package says: "Soothes & instantly helps diminish lines and puffiness, even reducing the look of stress & fatigue around the eyes" "For all skin types"
It's in a green bottle and you can get it at WalMart.
Works great for me :)

Sliced cucumbers, or a MUD mask.
Put cucumbers on your eyes for 30 minutes for 2 days straight or put a MUD mask on your face for the time on the package.
Both work very well.

You can use preparation H
You can put 2 spoons in the freezer then place them bowl side down over your eyes.
You can try chamomile tea bags (wet, but rung out)
next time try to sleep with your head slightly elevated to relieve puffiness and water accumulatiomn.

Use a good eye cream or put cool cucumbers on your eyes in the morning. Jurlique has a good eye cream, and so does origins.

preparation H (yes it is for hemoroids, however, some of the top stars in Film and Hollywood swear by this). I also use it and it makes a HUGE difference. Good luck.
