Well....that depends on the condition it's in--which you of course get the highest value if it's in mint condition (and fully functioning), a bit less for good condition and so on. And given only 50 were made makes it's value all the more sweeter.

Wary of being lowballed, I'd use caution seeking Ebay.

Let's put things this way: I've seen REPLICAS go as high as $1,500 ( talk about low ball there!!). And bear in mind: you claim to own an ORIGINAL.

Value also depends on the wealthy w/ money to burn, too. A fair auction starting price, given it's in mint conditon, I'd set at $ 35,000. If the same guitar was once owned by a famous music celeb: $ 75,000...and the price goes up from there.

According to the 2007 Blue Book of Electric Guitars, it had an original retail price of $1350. It has a current value of $950 BRAND NEW with all tags and in unused condition, down to $425 in average condition.

If you were to trade this in expect to get 50% to 75% of those prices ($475 to $250) and if you were to sell at to a store that specializes in buying used gear expect to get 25% ot 40% of the current value- as little as $100!

By the way, they made them as regular production between 2001 and 2003.. there were LOTS more than 50 made.
