I don't think it's diabetes, as you don't feel the need to drink a lot of water especially night time, and to often go to the washroom as a result of that. You could be drinking more than one cup of coffee a day, or eating a lot of fast food. Have more consistent foods, which keeps you full for a longer time.
You could also have a lack of Calcium, or other minerals as Iron, Magnesium.

The best way to know for sure is to ask your doctor for a simple blood test to verify your thyroid gland's condition. This blood test measures the amount of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) in your system and is often called a TSH test. It is recommended that all adults have their TSH measured beginning at 35 years of age and every 5 years thereafter.

Once a person is diagnosed with hypothyroidism, the condition is managed by taking a thyroid hormone supplement. Most people take a synthetic thyroid hormone called levothyroxine. People start off with a low dose, and then are slowly titrated up until the correct dose is found. Once a person is at the right dose, many of these symptoms of hypothyroidism will disappear.

It could be many things. This questions is like looking for a needle in a haystack.... Thyroid can cause those type of problems, but so can many other disease and conditions such as diabetes, hormonal in-balance etc.... the list could go on...The best way to determine this is by visiting a doctor who could run a simple lab test than can tell you whether your thyroid levels are out of range....

Well, if your thyroid was overactive, you would have the shakes, weight loss, increased appetite, sweats, heart palpitations, and problems falling asleep.
If you were underactive, you would have weight gain, tired all the time, cold, slow pulse, constipation, lack of sex drive, and loss of appetite.
It seems like you have symptoms of both, which is unlikely, but either way you should seek a health care provider, maybe have some bloodwork done. You could be anemic.

Yeah, it might be that you're thyroid gland is secreting too much thyroxine. Thyroxine is the horomone that speeds up your metabolism.
I'd go get blood work done ASAP.
