IN NORTON ,MAKE SURE THAT YOU CLICK ON "ALLOW/BLOCK TRAFFIC"

IF YOU HAVE SET IT TO BLOCK TRAFFIC ,IT BLOCKS THE NET
OR JUST GET A DIFFERENT PROGRAM
GET AVG FREE 7.5 ANTI-VIRUS AND ANTI-SPYWARE

MIght be your firewall is set for too high of security. You can email Norton and get free technical advise.

i had same prob its crap uninstall it and down load agv or(avg) anti virus free download. down load google toolbar and microsoft spyware all free down loads and this should sort out your prob.good luck
