Well, unless you want to play lots of instruments and keep overdubbing yourself on tracks, you'll need to hook up with some other musicians.
If you have a musical instrument shop nearby, ask if you can put up a flyer with some contact info on it.

Just go to a bar and hang out at practice time when everyone is jamming and some of them are not in the band. That is, unless your instrument is a bagpipe, of course.

If you at least know a few who can sing, and can play a synthesiser [which can replace over a dozen musical instruments !] yourself, you can still start your own band !

you could post flyers around your neighborhood, and ask anyone who plays an instrument to contact you. good luck finding a band!

You can post flyers at school and at music stores. You can use websites like MySpace and Facebook to post flyers/ bulletins online. Ask your friends to ask around as well. Good luck!
