All else were subject to the authority of the Lawyers therefore they alone hold any malpractice liability.
Whether I am a Paralegal, a Defendant or a Juror, my error is looked at as due to the Lawyers failure.

Doctors I think get sued more then lawyers. I wish politicians could be.
