I used to have a diving business based on bottom cleaning, salvage, and survey. In 1997, I charged $2.00 a foot. If they were getting it done every week, I did it for $1.00 a foot. If the job was borderline Hauling out, I charged $60.00 per hour. The Fees have probably increased since then. If you are at a yacht club, ask the Launch Driver, or if at a marina, ask the fuel attendant, these people usually know who does the work.

Chesapeake Bay-We have paid $100 for a diver to come after a summer in the water. She cleans the hull and scrapes the barnacles off the shaft and prop. We now hsul for the summer while we are in NY and relaunch in Sept. The Bay doesnt have any wind in the summer anyway. At hauling, pressure washing cleans the hull for $35. This is a 30 foot, 5 foot draft sail boat that has cruised the coast and Great Lakes,

If You are talking about having a diver clean the bottom of a boat, I have a 38 ft sailboat and I pay about $75 every 3 months to have the bottom cleaned and zincs, prop and cutlass bearing inspected.
For a haul out, cleaning and bottom paint, it can cost from $1200 - $1800, depending on how much of the work I can do myself and how much additional work needs to be done.

All depends on the size of the vessel, its draft, rudder and how severe a cleaning is needed. I haul mine own out at the Marina and inspect or scrape as needed. If after scrapeing she needs Bottom Paint, I am ready for that also.
As to the price, all depends on who owns the Marina, and how well you know them. It can go anywheres from free to $500 in/out $35 a day Storage. All depends on where you live and where you want it done at. Displacement Vessels should be inspected and tendered at the least once a year.
