I was watching the movie not too long ago. And near the end, he is "skiing" down the mountain behind the sleigh with all the toys and Cindy Lou Who is in front. And he climbs back onto the sleigh and she asks if he is alright. It sounds like he says,"Of course, the sun is shining and the snow is ....". And it sounds like he is saying bitchin.
Does anybody know?

Yes, you heard it correctly. I was surprised at the use of the "b" word also. Apparantly in California (home of Hollywood) the word means "cool" "great" or "good".
I still thought it was out of place.

Yes he did and it was when he was on the sled you are correct. Also if you listen closely you can hear other things when hes talking to him self.
