There are many ways. I will list easiest to hardest.

1) If you have a CD or DVD burner, burn the movie and load it up in your other computer.

2) Depending on how big, you can use a USB flash drive.

3) Crossover ethernet cable. If both computers have a network card, you can network the computers together with the cable. Then, you can go into My Network Places to transfer files. You would need to share the folder the movie files are in.

4) You can network it via USB, but this would be slow.

External USB 2.0 HDD. Transfer to the HDD, and then to the other computer.
