I was going to pick a best answer but I am going to leave this question open overnight. A few of the answers have really good me thinking about how people feel about what is going on in the world. My response to your answers,, I won't use any names because I did that on one question and my answer was deleted because "I hurt his feeling"
So we would be better off having one ruler which is what a monarchy is. That has never worked, hopefully it never will
I don't think we would be living in trees or not shaving,,, singing song and living in peace doesn't sound all that bad.
Jan 4th....Democrats take over the house and senate, they ran them for 40 years and got us where we are today. I didn't happen in just the last eight
No, man isn't perfect at all, but I don't think God as to come into it, just the ten commandments which are just ten morally correct things.
It's because of liberal policies such as welfare and I have no problem with those that need it but it is the abuses of it that has you taxes so high.

As, far as the rich and poor,, I figure is someone works for what they have who are we to say it's wrong???
Standardized health care is fine to me, but why do you want to limit the income of the people performing the service???? And you ***** about your taxes now, wait till then.
Corporations AND small business employ the people that pay those taxes. Corporate heads that abuse their power need bigger sentences that's for sure.
And unions heads are any better than the heads of corporations either. The goverment is in the hands of the people, that is what elections are for, GO OUT AND VOTE.
As far as Bush being a piece of S*** as you say,, you gave no real answer, did you, just rants.
How were the American people better off 8 years ago????

The differences are many.....
1..we would not have to work as hard to survive.... two family incomes to survive and neglecting children would not be normal
2.. their would be a smaller gap between the rich and poor,,,,, yachts and luxury homes would rarely exist.....
the rich would be more moderate.......
3 standardized health care would exist... hurting doctors (limiting their income)
4. corporations would be limited in power
5. workers unions and people would have the power....
6. more varied politicians
uhh and many more,,,just cant think so far from reality

We would be living out some scene from Mad Max. Every one would be released from jail so all the innocent people can suffer, we would be paying taxes to no end for people who wish to take no responsibility for any thing, we would bow down to the orders of other countries, then when they lose that freedom of speech that they tend to use abusively they would probably blame the Republicans who ran away to live a better life else where.

Well, Bush who is a Republicans thinks he rules the world, do you think we are better off with him ruling the world.
Democarts don't want to rule the world they just want to get this terrible mess straightened out that this Republicans ruler made.
Evertything he touched turned into a pile of s***, Everything he looked at turned into a pile of s*** .in fact to be honest he is the biggest pile of s*** of all. What a terrible ruler running around with everything a BIG PILE OF S***. It smells bad just all S*** up.

Yes, because people would care & be respectful to each other.
We would take the time to find cures for diseases instead
of killing other human beings.
We would spend time researching ways to better the planet,
rather than destroying it with bombs, hate & lies.
