uh, it depends... does a 38b bra fit you properly????
If you mean, "are my 38b breasts too big or too small" then I'd suggest that your B cup is okay, but unless your rib cage is big then you might have some extra weight.
Without a pic of you, we can't really tell......

depends where you live!! I'm in Australia and wear 12F so Id think 38b is a larger woman with small breasts! confusing hey...

Depends on your body type but probably it's just fine... and even if we all thought it was too big or too small, well, whatever, it's how you are and you should appreciate yourself - I'm sure you look great the way you are.

ummmm well a 38 is how many inches around you are and the b is the actual size of your tit and and even though 38 inches around is not fat....it would not go well with a b cup so i would suggest losing a little weight and then your body would probably make ur boobs look bigger like if you were a 34 b or something because a B cup is actually not normal that is small a c or d is a normal size for a woman

Well a 38 is probably around normal but a B cup is a little small.
