i think of it quite is through fact we are often coming near somebody and that they might relatively see and hear us, as quickly as we are saying "hi". in spite of the shown fact that, as quickly as we leave, we are often walking faraway from somebody and frequently no longer finding at them, so we are saying "Bye bye", just to make useful they hear us.
