Start with a business with a ready market rather than coming up with a product first and looking for prospective customers/clients next. It's best that it would be a business that you will enjoy doing and believe in wholeheartedly to maintain the enthusiasm you'll need to sustain your business.

I feel I've got the information you need. I know of an Internet marketing business opportunity that you should find out more about. It's a business that has a system that allows you to build it, develop it, then when it's up and running it allows you to exit and with the extra time you'll have, you'll be able to build, develop and run another. . .it's never ending, IF you're up to it. The affiliated corporation takes care of inventory, shipping, billing/payment procedures, bookkeeping, business reports, etc. Ultimately, you're getting paid for redirecting your shopping and referring others to do the same. This would be ideal. Since you don't have a lot of experience, you probably don't have all the confidence in the world for taking care of the necessities (bookkeeping, etc). And being as lucrative and exciting as this business is, you might be able to grow this business to the point that you won't need any other type of business to fulfill your dreams.

the first step in choosing a business is deciding what you have the talent to do... if you can't cook don't open a restaruant... once you have decided what type of business you are capable of running... make a business plan... this is a VERY important step... no one will help you finance without it...there are many places that will help you with this step... try the small business administration... they have seminars in your area that will help you with this part... next you will need to find financing if you don't have the capital to begin with... again the small business administration can help... you will 99% of the time operate in the red for the first two or three years of the business... many businesses close during this period for lack of operating cash... so take that into consideration in calculating how much money it will take to get the business going and keep it going until it can turn a profit... and good luck

I believe that the absolute best business in the world is...doing something you feel passionate about.
If you feel passionate about coffee, start a coffee business. If you feel passionate about dogs, start a dog business.
These businesses could take many forms. You could start a website, open a store, etc. Just make sure it is something you feel passionate about!

Depends on what you are willing to invest. There are businesses that you can start up with next to no money out of your pocket and be lucrative and some that takes thousands to get started and be successfull. So it depends on you, your drive and your budget. Good luck.
