yes but only arcade and demos not full, real games

On the Xbox 360 you can download games from the Xbox Live arcade for microsoft points ($25 for 2000 points, which will get you four games or so). I still think it would be better to get an emulator for the classic games.

You can buy acrade games or extra maps and stuff like that. You can download game demos, maps, themes, videos, etc. You have to pay for some of it and some of it's free.

yes, but not XBOX games, for example, I have paid for Mega Marble, Doom, etc but you can't buy Tony Hawk Project 8 or anything, you can buy older games but not new ones

you can buy old arcade games off of xbox arcade and play them
