My current boyfriend and I have been dating for almost 8 months and it seems like it's going to last for a lot longer. He is not a typically attractive guy. If I could point out what originally DID NOT attract me to him: He's quite thin and has a little bit irregularly shaped body, I guess you could call it. His nose is kind of piggy and he has ridiculous amounts of back hair. I was initially quite turned off by him. But he is my absolute best friend in the world and I love him more than life itself, and nearly everything he does turns me on. It's an incredible phenomenon, but I think if you really really love the person, even the smallest thing is a huge turn-on. He's quite sexy when we're alone. And the more I look at him, the more incredibly attractive he gets to me.

I do not think anyone is ugly. Everyone has different taste in looks. Trust me, I truly believe that there is someone out there for everyone. The hard thing is finding that person. If this question was directed at yourself, don't call yourself ugly. It is not always what is on the outside, the inside counts more! Looks will fade for all of us, the inside is pretty well set for life!

Of course. Personality is very key and a lot of times people become cuter as their personality comes out. This works the other way too, a really hot guy with a jerky personality can get pretty ugly too. And remember, different people find different attributes attractive.

In my experience, the "good looking" guys have all been pretty full of themselves. Because they've always been treated well by girls because of their looks, those guys don't really need to be nice or respectful. Sometimes they are, and that's great. But personally, I'm usually more attracted to guys who are smart and respectful than guys who are "cute" or whatever.
Like someone above me said, Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, if a girl doesn't like you because of your looks (which, I'm sure, aren't as bad as you think they are, probably not bad at all - human beings tend to think they're a lot uglier than they really are) than she's probably a shallow, worthless b*tch and not worth your energy.

An unattractive guy to me is someone that is conceited, that drinks too much, that lies in order to be liked by the girl, that gets nervous (that's the worst), so if you don't do any of these, i guess you are pretty cute.

maybe its not all about looks whats on the inside has to count for something a person may look attractive but if they have a nasty attitude that makes them appear unattractive. its all about how one carries on self that can make an unattractive person attractive "personality"

Sure...it just depends on what they do, not particularly how they look. I'm lucky enough to have an attractive husband though :)

confidence is a turn on so if you walk around thinking you are ugly then probably not.
