Well it would probably be impossible but try being friends to both and remain neutral ,,,, If that fails then and you are forced to make a decision then look to the one that shows more sence ,,,, You had this friend since the 5th grade ,,,, But it sounds like she's gone off the deep end and there's nothing you can do about that ,,,, It doesn't sound like she's much of a friend anymore ,,,,, and you can't be blamed for keeping your distance from her ,,,,, I mean you liked her as a friend the way she was not the way she is now ,,,, You can't help it if she's changed and you can't be blamed if you've had a change of heart about her ,,,, It doesn't matter how long you've been friends with her ,,,, You are dealing with the new her and you don't like it ,,,,, She has ruined the friendship between you two not you so you have nothing to feel guilty about ,,,, Once old friends ,,, yes ,,,, but you are dealing with the way things are now and the past has no bering on the situation as things stand now ,,,, You can't satisfy every one so the thing to do is do what satisfies you ,,,, If you have more in common with Sally then go for it ,,,, Pick the one that you feel more comfortable with ,,,, The loss of a friendship between you and the first girl is regrettable but it's not your fault she changed for the worst ,,,, and there's nothing you can do about it so don't let it worry you ,,,,
