HEY there, my theory is you are under th covers chica.covers no matter how thin or thick, will retain some heat that could make your temperature increase.check your temp while under the covers and then take it again after 2 min after you kicked the covers off.

It only happens to me if I fall asleep on the couch! Its usualy followed by nausia (and me stumbling, stripping along the way, to bed)... I'm interested to see a real answer!

I don't know but I do know that ur body temp dops when you sleep.
