Depending where you are, you might find:
Beauticians, cosmetologists, aestheticians, or your make-up artist or hairstylist.
I think that cosmetologists and aestheticians have a certification process, whereas the other terms are usually just generally applied without implying possession of a certificate (though this doesn't mean they might not have one.)
