I personally like the Main Street buffet downtown and the Orleans buffet off the strip because I like a Southern style of cooking. I was also impressed by the Rio buffet and the MGM Grand. Happy hunting!

The Rio buffet was very disappointing - I was there a couple of weeks ago, and it wasn't any better than the buffets in Atlantic City. Only good part was the $5 off coupon so I didn't waste as much money.
The Paris breakfast buffet was outstanding!!! I wish I had found it sooner in my trip.

High End: Wynn's buffet, Bellagio buffet
To eat at Wynn's buffet, stand in line for a late lunch and eat until dinner... because they add more expensive and mouth watering seafood at night.
Rio used to be good, but I haven't eaten there for a few years.
Mandalay buffet doesn't not have a good selection of vegie or seafood, beef was so-so.
I heard that Westin Hotel has a 24hr buffet; but I haven't tried it.
Low End: I don't eat cheap buffet.

1. The Rio's Buffet has ranked #1 for more than a decade.
2. J.W. Marriot's is yummy...
3. Sunset Station has a good one.
4. Sam's Town is good.
Just keep in mind there are a lot of bad ones.

the buffet @ the Flamingo, especially if you like seafood! It was delicious, and when I went there was a person outside the casino handing out coupons for a buy one get one free buffet.

For breakfast there is nothing better than the Paris buffet. For lunch/dinner I would suggest the following:
---The Palms
---Rio
---Treasure Island is alright, not great.
---Aladdin
The worst one I have ever eaten at is the Mirage. Ewwwies.
