he won't tell me how he feels, but he asked me to stop telling him how i feel, but he keeps seeing me, why is he still getting with me every chance he gets

If you are both attached he won't show his feelings because he knows it is wrong.
You both need to become unattached before you can proceed with the relationship. He must be an honorable man to not pursue you until you are both single.

This is a hard one....and I am going through the exact same thing you are. His actions show how he feels, but he can't speak how he feels.

He wont keep eye contact, constantly changing the subject, or wont even talk to you. when seeing you out in public he acts like you don't exist.
