Dallas won the Cup in 1999 and Tampa won it in 2004. Right now the edge probably goes to Dallas, but everything in Texas sucks big time so I like Tampa better.

yes, dallas has modano, and arguably the best goalie in the legaue, marty turco. thay also have up and coming stars like jussi jokinen. yes the stars are better
