the MOST important job in life is, the job you are doing Right Now.

As long you think that your job is important then you'll make THE BEST of it.People used to think what they are doing right now is not important, so they start looking at a better and more impressive jobs.
There's nothing wrong with that as long you realize that each job has own contribution to society, otherwise there wouldn't be that job at first.
Being mother, garbageman, president, model, artist, salesman they all are important for people around them.

So, no matter in what role you are now, play it well. Then you'll make your own job important.

Being an honest and giving person. Thoughts of everyone else before yourself. Pleasing everyone close to you and make them know how loved they are. Not just going through life concerned with your own joys, but being a team player. The most important job in life is being exactly who you are and not letting anyone change this.

I may see from a different view since most of us (nearly all) have acquired knowledge, skills and values applicable in work and daily lives from our teachers from kindergarten to universities. Therefore, 'teaching' can be regarded as the most important job in life. One of the key reasons is that, without or less teaching in formal education, citizens in a country would not be well-equipped with vital academic and non-academic characteristics so that they can contribute in any way to their community or the country and the country can prosper over time. Otherwise, they might know merely how to consume everything from everywhere, thus, the country would collapse soon.

Being a parent. You are creating & shaping a life. It is such a power & responsibility. I find the very idea overwhelming. That's why I don't want children. If everyone realized what an enormous responsibility children are & didn't blunder into having them, neglecting or abusing them, the world would be in a better shape than it's in. 99% of the evil in the world stems from bad parenting. Every serial killer, tyrant and psychopath was in some way mistreated as a child. You can't spoil a child with love. You can only destroy them with the lack of it. Children who are loved grow into loving people. Children who aren't loved become angry, hateful, destructive or sad, apathetic people who will hurt themselves or others.

I have 2 cats. Low maintenance. Less pressure. I adore them.
