Its simple:
1 - Go to http://www.torrentz.com and search for any movie you want. Download the torrent file for that movie/program (less than 1 MB).
2 - Download the Torrent Downloading Program (ex: BitLord from http://www.download.com/bitlord/3000-219... ).
3 - Open the torrent file using that program and it will start downloading from other users.
