Is it for attention or to get people to feel sorry for them? Some things are obviously not "racist".

The Civil Rights actment says they can be racist? That makes no sense.

If you want to argue with the truth then you might as well stop.

Its a fallback position ethnic minorities can use when they don't get their way. If you have an opposing view then you are a racist according to them rather than just disagreeing with them. It annoys me when ethnic minorities will talk in their own language in front of you when they have a perfectly good handle on English. However if you were to say something to them about it you would be classed as a racist.

Because sadly there are a lot of racist people. Whether it's people who are intentionally being racist or people who accuse everyone else of being racist and therefore are in turn racists as well. However just because something is obviously not racist or offensive to you and me doesn't mean someone can't think that it is. Everything is open to interpretation. It's not about wanting to have a fallback or doing it for fun. These people truly believe that they are being personally attacked. Just because we don't choose to see it doesn't mean that they don't or shouldn't. They can say or think whatever they want i mean does it really bother you that much. I ignore them just as I ignore the other bigots and such.

The first thing out of people's mouths is racist. It doesn't matter what color a person's skin is somebody will still racist to someone else. Racist have many color as well. I do agree with you! Lot of people will say racist just to get attention, and or want someone to feel sorry for them. The only one that is racist are the ones who say it. For instance. We are all in God's image. So they are saying that God is racist as well? People that say that they don't like the color of this person's skin are the ones that are saying it to God, because we ALL are from his image. I am proud of me, I'm also proud of all of God's creation. My heart is strong, my faith is overwhelming that words can't describe it, Jesus is in my life, therefore I see no color of racist! If people will ask Jesus to remove the blinders from their eyes, they won't see color either! That's a fact. Lot of people have lost their way toward Jesus, that's why they see the color of a person's skin. If they have Jesus in their life and to see things what they really are, not for what they appear to be, but for what they are, they won't see color whatsoever. Just by living the good life with Jesus here is what you will see: HAY BUDDY, WHAT DO YOU SEE? MY FRIEND, I SEE A CHILD OF GOD! If people will ever open their eyes that is what they will see! I hope that this helps

Because the civil rights act says they can. Let me clarify for your 14 year old brain, the civil rights act says if a person feels discriminated against they have the right to voice that feeling, your question was not what makes people racist, your question was whats makes people claim racism against them.....and i hardly think at 14 you know the "truth" of anything just yet.....

It is true that some people are overly sensitive, but there is still a great need for people to be able to live together in harmony.

People who b***h and moan about things being racist are just as raciest as the people they are complaining about!

Why, are you racist? I feel like you only posted this in response to the question posted by The Hottest Goddess that you answered to and got thumbs down on your answer. I see in your profile that you consider yourself Caucasian and American but you mention that you have a Black uncle but immediately state that you're not Black and that you're totally not into rap music. My God, how close are you to being an undercover racist? Whoops, I think it just came to light...If you're from such a diverse background, you'd have a broader understanding of racism and mixing of races. But then again, you're only 14.

I think some people just do it because they can, they are just abusing a power for people who are actually discriminated by others

This is nonsense. Nobody says that "everything" is racist. Nobody. However, there are a lot of people who are in deep denial about any form of racism, and you seem to be one of them.
